This is a community gathering for practitioners looking to sit in silent contemplation in a group setting. There will be no instruction so this is not suitable for those who do not know how to meditate and are looking to learn.
All levels and modalities are welcome as long as the group guidelines are respected.

A group meditation gathering where you will learn and practise healing meditation technique so that you can develop self-acceptance and self-awareness.
Michelle Ayn Tessensohn will facilitate the meditation with Ian Jin Yap offering sound healing. This session will offer you support to ground and find ease through grounding and gentle but powerful energy shifts.
This class is run by donation. The suggested amount is $10-$20 but any amount will be gratefully accepted or just join us. There is no obligation to donate and all are welcome.
