A group meditation gathering where you will learn and practise healing meditation technique so that you can develop self-acceptance and self-awareness.
Michelle Ayn Tessensohn will facilitate the meditation with Ian Jin Yap offering sound healing. This session will offer you support to ground and find ease through grounding and gentle but powerful energy shifts.
This class is run by donation. The suggested amount is $10-20 but any amount will be gratefully accepted or just join us. There is no obligation to donate and all are welcome.
