This is a non-denominational and non-religious meditation gathering for those who would like to learn and practise basic meditation technique in a group setting. No previous meditation experience is needed.
Regular meditation improves your quality of life. It has been shown to increase IQ, lessen depression, reduce blood pressure, help with managing anxiety, insomnia and other symptoms of stress.
Within just eight weeks of meditation, cognitive function improves, empathy increases and your mind calms down.
In just four sessions of meditation, physical pain has been known to decrease.

‘I have been meditated daily and it helps my life tremendously. You have helped me in incorporating meditation into my daily routine.’
Sherly Solihin, Clinical Psychologist, Singapore.
‘I would like to thank you, Michelle. I learnt so much during the meditation with you, more than the Samatha or Vipassana classes before. I’m still feeling the effects more than a week after. I am lucky to have met you. It is very rare to meet people like you, always willing to share and help, with a super positive and calm aura. The other people I met like you were all… monks!’
Annie Cao, Key Account Manager, Singapore.
