In this class series you will:
– Learn core meditation practices that will help you be more mindful and present.
– Develop a calmer state of mind and heart so you can be more clear in your interactions with others.
– Heal the body-mind and reduce anxiety through nurturing compassion.
– Build resilience and improve well-being through self-acceptance and self-care
Class 1: Introduction to Mindfulness – Explore using different anchors for your meditation practice so that you can more easily focus the mind and deepen presence.
Class 2: Mindfulness of Emotions – Become more aware of your emotions and feelings and reduce reactivity through self-understanding and inner clarity.
Class 3: Mindfulness of Thoughts – Learn about the nature of your mind and cultivate a wise relationship to thought and self-limiting beliefs.
Class 4: Develop Mindful Compassion and Self-Care – Build resilience and strength through nurturing feelings of loving-kindness and compassion.
