‘Your guidance, kindness and support has been more than I expected. As a result of attending your classes and through discussions with you, I have developed greater resilience and have made space for emotions, while experiencing less of the internal narrative that previously prevailed. Your classes have helped me to experience (even embrace) life’s challenges and surprises with more acceptance and openness. I am grateful to you for having a profoundly positive impact on my life and wellbeing. Thank you!’
Ashley Clarke, Teacher
