We don’t realise how we’re being impacted by the unhealed wounds and burdens of our ancestors and end up repeating self-defeating cycles in our lives, feeling frustrated that we’re stuck and not really getting anywhere in our lives or living our full potential
Ancestral healing helps us to transform inherited difficulties and vulnerabilities. It is an effective way to heal generational trauma and dysfunction. It is a catalyst for cultural repair and a healthier, fuller, and more vibrant life experience.
When we are well with our ancestors, we’re resourced and harder to manipulate. There is a healthy pride and protection against the unhealthy aspects of culture. We can seek guidance for our lives and get support so we can experience good fortune and claim the gifts, blessings, and vitality of our lineages. We can find out life path and purpose and live it more fully.
Ancestral Lineage Healing sessions are one-to-one consultations where you will be guided to connect with already well ancestors who will heal your lineages so that you can address any burdens and better receive the blessings and embody the gifts of your lineages. It’s a great resource when you heal your lineages and can help you feel more rooted in who you are and in your life. It can also filter down to your children and they will benefit from the healing work you do.

This mindful class will help you to build a relationship with the Taoist five elements of Water, Wood, Fire, Earth, and Metal through dance, ritual, and prayer. You will bring attention to and express opposing and dual aspects of your being through movement and your felt sense.
You will learn how to create a smoother more balanced flow of qi (life force energy) in the energy channels of your body known as meridians. This supports well-being and healing.
Dancing the Five Elements is a somatic way to intentionally connect you back to your body, psyche, and soul. It will help you sustain and build vitality and a fuller expression of the different aspects of your being.
This is an inclusive, trauma-informed class that welcomes and celebrates diversity in all forms.
We’ll dedicate one week to each element for five weeks then have one longer session where we’ll connect with all five elements.
