How it works:
We’ll have two one to one sessions, once before the start of the programme and once after. The programme will run over a period of 14 weeks and we’ll meet in a small group every week to help you move from confusion to greater confidence in who you are and where your life is heading.
You’ll book a consultation with me and fill out the Self-Mastery Group Coaching application form. We’ll meet to make sure that this programme is a good fit for you.

Once accepted into the programme you’ll book a One to One Self-Mastery Group Coaching Pre-Session to help you prepare for the classes.
Self-Mastery Group Coaching Classes:
The Self-Mastery Group Coaching classes will commence with weekly classes. You will receive self-work, accountability prompts, feedback and get access to a private Facebook group for additional support.
Self-Mastery Group Coaching Wrap-Up:
You’ll book a One to One Self-Mastery Group Coaching Wrap-Up session to fine tune your personalised Self-Mastery plan and on-going Self-Mastery support.

‘I was feeling “stuck” and helplessness engulfed me every day. I needed someone to help me find calm and meaning again. It was either a person or a practice like meditation. I was willing to try anything, preferably something that wouldn’t take me too far out of my comfort zone.
